We’re pleased to welcome Elevate to TPMG. Its insights are shaped by the real-world experience of Stanford Graduate School of Business instructor and leadership coach Lauren Weinstein, and decades of research from world-leading happiness researcher Sonja Lyubomirsky.

Sessions will be every other Tuesday 12:40-1:10pm.
One hour of AMA PRA Category 1 CME credit will be offered with each session.

Each session focuses on one simple, science-backed practice you can use right away in your daily practice and home life, even when things are feeling particularly busy or imperfect. The insights compound over time, shaping how you work, lead, relate, and live.
